Located in New Market, Tennessee, the New Market Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Team was established in 1976. 

The department operates out of two stations and covers approximately 90 square miles, including the City of New Market, the Strawberry Plains Community, and the unincorporated areas of New Market and Jefferson City. 

Our department is staffed by all volunteer members and the department is funded solely on donations from our community and from Jefferson County.
